How to get torchic in dream world

Now, I know it's only available in Japan, and I was under the assumption that they were distributed as one time events. According to this link...

...the Dream World Torchic given out in Japan MUST have the Rash nature.

But according to this link...

...Smogon recommends Speed Boost Blaziken have an Adamant or Jolly nature.

The Dream World starters are male only however, and can't breed their hidden abilities.

So, my question is, can the Dream World starters LEGALLY have different natures?

If you want a DWF Torchic, you will need to ask a hacker to make one for you.

Or is Smogon being stupid and suggesting an impossible combination for a Pokemon?

It can have varying natures, since it's a DW Pokemon. DW Pokemon can have set genders, but not set natures.

The one that Project Pokemon has is just an example.

One instance of many possibilities. It does not mean every DW Torchic has to have a Rash nature.
